    Sales and Marketing Manager

    Job Summary .

     Successful candidates will be responsible for driving international revenue growth by identifying global market opportunities and managing high-stakes relationships with international retailers and distributors. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in export markets, Europe and Middle East markets..
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
    • Prepare and implement annual sales forecasts, budgets, and performance plans.

    • Manage export documentation, regulatory compliance, and trade requirements.

    Qualifications.

    • Knowledge of European or Middle East buyer behavior.
    • Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Export Trade will be an added advantage.

    Declaration Clerk

    Responsible for accurate preparation, processing, and follow-up of customs declarations and related documentation to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and smooth clearance of cargo. The role requires strong technical knowledge of customs procedures and the ability to manage multiple consignments with precision and accountability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle customs declarations for all import entries, preparation and processing of IDFS and required permits (KEBS, Radiation, ACA, UCRS, and other regulatory approvals).
    • Prepare and submit import charges requests for both local and transit cargo.
    • Lodge pickup orders for transit and local shipments.
    • Lodge Delivery Orders (DO) for local and transit cargo.
    • Maintain continuous phone and operational follow-ups with field clerks to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.
    • Facilitate and track payments of KPA invoices in coordination with finance.
    • Perform container validations and ensure accuracy of shipment records.

    Qualifications.

    • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in customs declaration or clearing and forwarding operations.
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Clearing and Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
    • Kesra certification is an added advantage .
    • Strong working knowledge of customs systems, procedures, and relevant trade regulations.
    • Demonstrated competence in tariff classification and documentation review.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
    • Good communication and coordination skills. Integrity and strong sense of accountability.

    Sales Representative for HORECA

    Our client is  a company dealing in distribution of Alcoholic Beverages and seeking to hire a Sales Representative specializing in the HORECA channel (i.e. to supply goods Bars, Hotels & Restaurants).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key accounts, including chefs, procurement officers, and beverage managers.
    • Identify and onboard new prospects within the HORECA sector.
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure product availability, proper shelving, and visibility of company brands.
    • Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
    • Monitor competitor activities and identify industry trends.

    Digital Marketing Executive

    The Marketing Executive will oversee event-based, experiential, and social media marketing activities for the company’s portfolio. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with strong emphasis on content creation, influencer partnerships, event execution, and local brand activation within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Capture real-time content (photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, and live streams) during events, tastings, and brand-sponsored bar nights. 
    • Create in-house content featuring staff recommendations, product highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments. 
    • Ensure timely posting and maintain content relevance aligned with current social media trends.
    • Identify, engage, and collaborate with local UGC creators and micro-influencers for social media partnerships. 
    • Build and manage relationships with food bloggers, wine bloggers, and lifestyle creators relevant to the brand.
    • Maintain influencer relationships and oversee the execution of collaborations.

    Front Office Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Meeting, greeting, welcoming and directing company’s clients/visitors.
    • Answering, screening and forwarding company’s calls.
    • Taking messages and ensuring they are passed on to the right staff member in time.
    • Perform basic booking, filling, clerical duties and secretarial duties such as photocopying,  monitor, control and order office supplies.
