Sales Development Representative – SaaS at Talent Grid Africa

This role is ideal for a proactive B2B sales professional who enjoys prospecting, opening conversations, qualifying opportunities, and building a healthy sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and prospecting new B2B opportunities
• Executing outbound campaigns through cold calling, email and LinkedIn
• Researching and qualifying leads against the ideal customer profile
• Using CRM and sales automation platforms to manage pipeline activity
• Booking qualified meetings for the senior sales team
• Tracking client feedback, objections and sales activity

What you bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation or B2B sales
• Diploma or Degree in a Business-related course
• Experience with CRM and modern sales prospecting platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Resilience, initiative and confidence handling objections
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
