Sales Executive (Computers and Accessories) at Stellar Human Resource Solutions

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of a Computer shop selling computers, other related gadgets and accessories in Nairobi, Kenya

Responsibilities

• Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
• Deciding whether the software or hardware needs meet the client’s needs
• Answering any technical questions the client might have
• Forecasting sales developing ‘out of the box’ sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
• Complete paper work accompanying sales.
• Evaluating customer needs and building productive long lasting relationships.
• Research availability of models and optional equipment as per the client’s preference.

Qualifications

• A certificate/diploma in IT/business related field.
• At-least 1 year in Sales. Added advantage if it’s IT sales
• An Excellent grasp of sales strategies
• Good communication, presentation and listening skills.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills
