    Sales Executive- Corporate

    Operational Responsibilities 

    • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Qualify leads and follow up with potential clients to convert them into customers. 
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. 
    • Understand client needs and propose tailored telematics solutions. 
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales contracts. 
    • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. 
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
    • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and communications.
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., technical and customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Stay updated on telematics products, industry trends, and competitor offerings. 
    • Report on sales performance and market trends to the sales manager. 
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time 

    Key result Areas: 

    • Achievement of sales targets. 
    • Generation of new leads and conversion into customers. 
    • Successful delivery of product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Development and maintenance of strong customer relationships.

    Knowledge and Skills Required:

    • Diploma in Business Course of related field
    • At least 1 year of experience
    • Problem-solving skills and experience 
    • Team player but highly self-motivated with the ability to work under own direction
    • Understanding of the complexity of operating in a challenging customer-facing role. 
    • Negotiation skills
    • Experience of managing and leading a team to achieve highest levels of performance
    • Experience in the telematics industry is an added advantage
