Sales Executive - HR Services at CDL Human Resource

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients for HR services and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing customized HR solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the HR services industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in selling HR services or within the service industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the HR services industry and trends.
