Sales Executive – Mombasa at Talent Grid Africa

• You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Your ability to tailor solutions to client needs, negotiate deals, and work collaboratively with internal teams will be key to your success.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote shipping and logistics services to new and existing clients
• Drive revenue through market research and strategic sales planning
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Prepare insightful sales reports and performance updates

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or Logistics
• Solid experience in sales within the shipping or logistics industry
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• A proactive mindset, able to work independently and deliver results
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
