The Role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for hotel services including accommodation, conferences, events and hospitality packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, organizations and event planners.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to meet client needs.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting hotel services and driving bookings.
- Conduct market research, identify trends and develop strategies to increase bookings and occupancy.
- Provide excellent customer service, follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction.
