Roles & Responsibilities.

• Generate leads, establish and build relationships help in attaining revenue targets for the organization.
• Pitch, demonstrate and promote company's training services and solutions.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of company's products according to customer needs and objectives.
• Develop and implement action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Maintain the database of the clientele information

Minimum Qualifications.

• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or business related
• Should have at least 2 years of experience in sales,
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
