We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing retail and e-commerce company, for an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Executive.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across both physical and digital sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting walk-in, WhatsApp, phone, and online enquiries into successful sales while ensuring every order is followed through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, demonstrate products, and close sales.
- Respond promptly to enquiries received via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other online platforms.
- Follow up every sales lead until it is successfully converted or closed.
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the company\'s product range.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Handle customer complaints, after-sales enquiries, and warranty requests professionally.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company\'s POS and CRM systems.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer-facing sales roles.
- Strong spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
- Experience selling through WhatsApp Business, telephone, and online customer interactions.
- Comfortable using POS systems, CRM software, or similar sales management tools.
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, trustworthy, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday (8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
