Sales Executive at Vista Management Consultants Limited

The role :

• You will be responsible for growing company’s bookings through travel agent  partnerships, corporate accounts, and direct channel relationships. You will be our primary  sales contact — managing outreach, maintaining agent relationships, attending trade events,  and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

What you will do

• Build and manage a portfolio of 100+ active travel agent and DMC relationships
• Represent The company at trade meetings, site visits, and industry networking events
• Respond to agent enquiries within 4 hours and convert leads into bookings
• Pitch and close corporate retreat and MICE packages to Nairobi-based companies
• Maintain a weekly pipeline tracker and report to the owner fortnightly
• Co-ordinate FAM trips and agent site visits with the property manager

What we are looking for

• 2–4 years in hospitality sales, travel agency contracting, or lodge/camp business development
• An existing network of Nairobi-based travel agents, DMCs, or corporate bookers is a significant advantage
• Self-managed and comfortable working without daily oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication; polished WhatsApp and email manner
• Genuine passion for the Kenyan hospitality industry
