    Sales Executive

    What You Will Do

    Business Development & Market Expansion

    • Identify and engage high-quality leads to generate consistent sales opportunities.
    • Develop and implement targeted strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, and pricing trends.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with distributors, agents, and key customers.
    • Provide tailored product information and solutions to meet client requirements.
    • Manage client communications and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.

    Sales Strategy & Reporting

    • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
    • Use data and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve conversion rates.

    Industry Knowledge & Market Intelligence

    • Stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
    • Gather insights on distribution networks and agency operations to guide strategic decisions.
    • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility.

    Collaboration & Execution

    • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
    • Contribute to promotional campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
    • Share field insights to support product positioning and business planning.

    Must-haves

    • A Business Related bachelor's degree or diploma.
    • At least four years proven experience in animal feed sales.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
    • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
