Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging product content (videos, photos, live sessions) for TikTok and other social media platforms
• Actively promote products through social media channels to drive online sales
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook
• Process online orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination
• Provide excellent customer service both online and in-store
• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment
• Monitor stock levels and notify management when items need restocking
• Stay updated on baby product trends and popular items to better market them online
