    Sales Manager

    Our client runs an Agri-retail business with stores in several counties within Kenya. They are seeking to recruit an experienced sales manager in Kiambu who will be responsible for managing regional sale of fresh produce.

    Job Summary:

    1. Group sales target and growth strategy planning
    2. Manage all wholesale buyers ensuring long term contracts and profitable pricing of produce
    3. Manage all revenue generation centres across Kenya
    4. Regional farmer and franchisee training
    5. Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations, including forecasting

    Qualifications:

    1. Degree in Business Management or related course
    2. 3 years’ field sales experience
    3. Excellent planning and organisation skills
    4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to speak at executive level
