    • Identify and reach out to potential customers Present and promote products/services to clients
    • Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
    • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and repeat business
    • Negotiate prices and terms of agreements
    • Collect customer feedback to inform improvements
    • Prepare sales reports and update CRM
