Sales & Marketing Executive at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through telemarketing, email campaigns, and digital/social media marketing.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Conduct direct field sales visits to acquire and retain clients.
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate and individual customers.
• Support the development of marketing strategies to expand brand visibility and client base.
• Prepare weekly reports on leads, conversions, and market insights.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 or 2+ years of proven sales and marketing experience (preferably in services, NOT FMCG).
• Strong skills in telemarketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and client presentations. Hands-on experience in field sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
