A leading land selling company in Nakuru, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of land sales representatives, driving sales growth, and exceeding ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve team and company sales goals.
• Train, and coach a high-performing team of land sales representatives.
• Motivate and inspire your team to consistently exceed expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure team members have the necessary resources and skills to succeed.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement coaching plans for individual development.
• Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in land sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a competitive environment.
