Job Summary

Our client, a leading company in the Renewable Energy Industry, is looking for Sales Officers (Boilers Division) to join their growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales of industrial steam boilers and related systems across East Africa.

The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing technical proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets for boilers and steam systems.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and after-sales follow-up.
• Liaise with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; an MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical or engineering sales (preferably boilers, steam systems, or industrial equipment).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret technical details and explain them to clients.
• Proficiency in English and Swahili; strong presentation skills.
