    Sales Officer

    Job Summary

    We are looking for Sales Executive to work for our client in the motorcycle industry. This is an ideal position for someone desiring to work in the innovative, fast-paced, and growing field of Sales and Marketing.

    Qualifications

    1. Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in automotive/motorcycle industry handling corporate clients across the county is AMUST
    2. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Sales and Marketing or business-related degree.
    3. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
    4. Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
    5. Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
    6. A self-starter, keen, ambitious and hungry to get results – with a proven record to exceed targets and KPIs
    7. Proven track record in the sales environment
    8. Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
    9. Ability to create and deliver client presentations
    10. Expert in time management and personal organization
    11. Smart and presentable

    Responsibilities

    1. Generate and qualify leads via phone, email and in person where applicable.
    2. Schedule sales appointments and activities
    3. Promote our services to new and existing customers
    4. Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities..
    5. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
    6. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
    7. Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
    8. Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
    9. Build and maintain professional networks.
    10. Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
    11. Develop strategies for more effective sales closing.
    12. Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value.
    13. Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales
    14. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
    15. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close with Tier 1 clients
    16. Attend weekly Plan and Review sessions with your line manager which includes
    17. an assessment of all new and existing opportunities, and key measures.
    18. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new
    19. products and competition status.
