Sales & Onboarding Intern at Jena Pay

Step into the world of fintech & digital payments while gaining hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, and merchant onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect & engage potential merchants
• Assist in sales presentations, proposals & demos
• Support merchant onboarding (docs, KYC, coordination)
• Guide merchants on payment integrations (APIs, plugins)
• Update CRM systems & track sales pipeline
• Conduct market research on trends & competitors
• Prepare weekly sales & onboarding reports

What We're Looking For:

• Student/recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Strong interest in sales & fintech Proficient in MS Office (CRM knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and target-driven
