Sales Person – FMCG Beverages at Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL)

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Persons to join our FMCG Beverages team. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding our brand’s visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s beverage products to both existing and new customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Ensure proper product display and visibility in retail outlets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Support promotional campaigns and product activations.
• Collect payments and ensure timely account settlements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the beverages sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Valid driving license (an added advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
