    Sales Representative - Nairobi

    Role Objective:

    • Our client is seeking to recruit a Sales Representative who is proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven. The role involves driving sales, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth within the workshop environment.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales opportunities 
    • Promote and sell workshop products and services to individuals and businesses 
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information 
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business 
    • Meet and exceed set sales targets and performance goals 
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports 
    • Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction 
    • Follow up on leads and convert them into actual sales 
    • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions 
    • Support marketing activities, promotions, and product awareness campaigns 
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities 
    • Assist in stock feedback by reporting customer demand and product performance 
    • Ensure proper display and presentation of products where applicable 
    • Perform any other sales-related duties as assigned

    Job Specifications and Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 
    • Minimum of two (2) years Previous experience in sales (workshop or technical environment is an added advantage) 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
