Sales Representative at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets, drive team growth, and actively search for ways to increase organizational revenue.
• Send daily pre- and post-sales reports to the General Manager, and compile market/competitor intelligence reports for management.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identify target clients, and close sales.
• Conduct market visits, follow up on Director-provided sales leads, and manage consumer feedback to minimize complaints.
• Prepare client invoices, follow up on payments, and ensure timely order delivery to customers.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification in logistics or transport management.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transport coordination, or dispatch operations (preferably in a busy industrial/manufacturing environment).
• Proven track record in order processing, sales coordination, and delivery documentation management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong understanding of delivery paperwork (LPOS, invoices, delivery notes, GRNs) with high data entry accuracy.
