Sales Representatives (7) at HI Home

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team at our Langata/Garden City Mall branch. The ideal candidates should have passion for electronics and home appliances, excellent communication skills & strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Provide exceptional service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Assist in ensuring that the display stands are well-stocked and organized.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall shop performance.
• Promote special offers and new products to encourage sales and enhance customer experience.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
• Work closely with team members to create a positive shopping environment and support shop operations.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics or home appliances is an added advantage.
• Degree/diploma/certificate in sales & marketing or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with customers. Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
