Sales Trainee at Ramco Group

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainees to join our Sales team. The role offers an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or diploma holders in Engineering who are passionate about building a career in sales and business development. Successful candidates will undergo hands-on training, gaining exposure to client engagement, product promotion, and market development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Visit customers and distributors to promote products and gather market feedback.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and participate in technical discussions with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor in support of the Sales function.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Strong interest in sales and customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
