Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and improve overall efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

• Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
• Develop technical architecture and detailed designs for Salesforce implementations.

Implementation and Integration:

• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications.

Requirements Analysis:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Customization and Development:

• Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Develop custom applications and workflows within the Salesforce platform.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Ensure that Salesforce solutions are built to the highest standards and follow industry best practices.

Performance Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications.
• Implement strategies to improve system performance and reliability.

Documentation and Training:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Provide training and support to users and other team members on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry trends.
• Continuously seek ways to improve Salesforce implementations and leverage new features.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for large enterprises.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred.
• Other relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, etc.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience with data modeling, security, and performance tuning in Salesforce.
