Job role
- Accuracy & reliability of dashboards and reports produced.
- Timeliness of delivering dashboards and analytical outputs based on requirements.
- User adoption rates of dashboards and reporting tools.
- Feedback scores from business users regarding quality and usefulness of inisghts.
- Frequency and consistency of data refresh cycles for analytics assets.
- Number of improvements/enhancements made to existing dashboards and models.
- Master data accuracy, completeness, and reduction of data errors.
- Resolution time for minor SAP issues.
- User satisfaction rating for support received.
- Accuracy of support documentation and training materials.
- Contribution to process improvements within analytics and support functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in analytics ,dashboards, reporting or SAP support
