    Security Manager

    Job Requirements:

    • Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of five (5) years working experience in Security Management, with a focus on both physical and information security.
    • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
    • Conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
    • Overseeing and implementing security measures to protect the organization’s assets, employees, and information.
    • Conducting drills and training exercises to ensure preparedness.
    • Coordinating with relevant authorities during emergencies.
    • Implementing access control measures for employees and visitors.
    • Leading investigations into security incidents or breaches.
    • Documenting and reporting findings.
    • Recommending corrective actions.
    • Conducting regular security audits and assessments.
    • Staying informed about relevant laws and regulations related to security.
    • Providing regular reports to the management on security status and incidents among other duties.
