    Senior Business Development Manager – Secured Lending- Narok

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Development & Sales Strategy:

    • Develop and execute strategies to grow the company’s secured lending portfolio in your region.
    • Identify, engage, and acquire new high-value clients and partnerships.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and portfolio growth.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    Market Analysis & Regional Insights:

    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to management to optimize product offerings and regional strategies.

    Team Leadership & Performance Management:

    • Mentor, guide, and oversee regional sales teams (where applicable).
    • Monitor team performance against targets and provide coaching for improvement.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

    Reporting & Stakeholder Management:

    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market developments, and client feedback.
    • Collaborate with central management to align regional strategies with company goals.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in business development or sales management within secured lending, credit, or financial services.
    • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the same industry.
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be based in and familiar with the assigned location.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and results-orientation
