    Finance & Procurement Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
    • Assist in Preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records in line with accounting standards.
    • Monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgets and internal controls.
    • Support audit processes by preparing relevant documentation and responding to audit queries.
    • Oversee the procurement process, including requisitions, supplier sourcing, quotations, and purchase orders.
    • Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability.

    Credit Intern

    Key Responsibilities

    Credit Assessment & Processing:

    • Assist in screening and assessing loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
    • Support verification of customer information, documentation, and collateral.
    • Help prepare credit appraisal reports for review by the Credit Officer.
    • Support the loan approval and disbursement process in line with company policies.

    Customer Onboarding & Support:

    • Guide customers through the loan application process and explain product features.
    • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely customer support.
    • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring excellent customer service.

    Loan Monitoring & Follow-Up:

    • Monitor active loans and follow up with clients on repayment schedules.

    Collections Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    Loan Collections & Recovery:

    • Conduct timely follow-ups with clients on overdue payments through calls, SMS, emails, and field visits where necessary.
    • Negotiate repayment plans with customers in line with company guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections and client communications.
    • Issue demand notices and escalate delinquent accounts to the supervisor where required.
    • Coordinate with external service providers, including field collectors and legal partners, to support recovery efforts.
