Requirements for Appointment
For Appointment to this grade, an Officer must have;

•  Served as a Human Resource Management Officer for a Period of three (3) years,
•  A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations or any other relevant Qualification from a recognized Institution,
•  Be a Registered Member with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
•  Shown Merit and Ability in Work Performance and Results

Duties and Responsibilities

•  Handling Human Resource Matters within established Policies and Regulations,
•  Handling Employees Discipline, Promotion and Re-designation matters,
•  Preparation and Implementation of the County Human Resource Management Advisory Committee Matters,
•  Preparation of Training Needs Assessment and Training Projections for all Departments,
•  Analyzing Human Resource Issues and Data from Departments

Terms of Service – Permanent and Pensionable
Basic Salary –  Kshs. 42,970 p.m. (min) – Kshs. 59,120 p.m. (max)
House Allowance –  Kshs. 13,000 p.m.
Commuter Allowance –  Kshs. 6,000 p.m.
Medical Cover –  Comprehensive Medical Cover
