    Senior Product Manager, HRIS Experience

    What this job can offer you

    • Move fast through strong collaboration with Product Design, Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to bring product through all phases of product development including ideation, design, development, product rollout and launch.
    • Drive the product strategy and maintain a prioritized roadmap that will continually identify & solve new use cases that grows user engagement, retention and delight.
    • Collaborate and promote the vision for the HRIS experience across the organisation to unify the different product capabilities and experiences across the Remote Global HR platform.
    • Strike balance between delight & functionality and complexity & flexibility for multiple user groups.
    • Promote and enhance key product acquisition and activation loops that drive awareness and adoption to the market through key product journey moments.

    What you bring

    • Experience: Extensive experience in Product Management.
    • Growth mechanics: Previous product-led growth experience with strong track record of improving activation and engagement in B2B SaaS products.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different teams and departments to ensure that we satisfy user and business needs.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to liaise effectively with dozens of product teams as you optimize the your product line’s user experience as it intersects with other product team’s core capabilities.
    • Data-Driven Approach: Experience in setting, tracking, and analyzing KPIs and goals pertinent to HR data quality and system usability.
    • HR Tech Experience (Added bonus): Experience with HR or payroll software, familiar with HR and payroll processes, and a background in building for global products.
