    Senior Manager of Impact and Learning

     Responsibilities include:

    • Impact: Build seamless, high-quality data systems and work with program delivery teams to dramatically increase SHOFCO’s impacts.
    • Strategy and culture: Establish SHOFCO on the frontier of data-driven techniques and practices. Lead SHOFCO to a data-driven culture. Support continual refinement of and buy-in for SHOFCO’s data, impact, and learning strategy.
    • Influence: Amplify the voice of community members and increase SHOFCO's system-wide influence in Kenya and internationally.
    • Communication: Represent SHOFCO and communicate impacts externally.
    • Team management: Work with the Director to define, build and manage the ideal internal impact team for SHOFCO. Directly manage a team of 3-8. Support recruiting & hiring, performance management and professional development. Create and manage budgets.
