Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer at CDL Human Resource

Job Description

• This role requires driving of growth of the company’s online presence, finding new customers and boost sales by working closely with the design, sales and operations teams

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media: Run and grow the company’s social media pages (FB, IG, Tik Tok etc) and post regularly using a content calendar
• Content and Campaigns: Partner with the graphic designer to create ads, posts and marketing campaigns for product launches
• Leads and Customers: Reply to customers messages online and pass sales leads to the sales team
• Online Orders: Track and manage orders coming in from delivery apps and websites
• Tracking: Check views, likes and sales data each month to see what is working

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or a Similar Field
• Experience running social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Good at making content, talking to customers and using online ad tools
• Great communication skills and teamwork
• Bonus: Experience with delivery apps or e-commerce
• At least 2 year’s experience
