Responsibilities

1. Creating content including text posts, videoand images for use on social media channels such as linkedin, Facebook, Twitter,pinterest, Tik-Tok and YouTube adapting content to suit different channels
2. Have knowledge of trending social media techniques to increase social media engagementhence boost sales
3. Oversee,plan and deliver content across different platforms on a daily and monthly basis
4. Form key relationship with influencers across the social media platform
5. Interacting with clients via phone, email or face to face
6. Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
7. Maintain updated sales documents and spreadsheets
