Software Developer — Laravel / Vue / Nuxt Stack at People FOCO

ROLE PROFILE

Our client building the next generation of ERP solutions for hospitals and pharmacies — systems that don’t just record data, but think with it. As a Software Developer at Afya Analytics, you’ll help design, build, and maintain our core platform using Laravel on the backend and Vue/Nuxt on the frontend. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, data engineers, and AI specialists to create intuitive, reliable, and data-driven tools for healthcare professionals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Laravel and related PHP frameworks.
• Build dynamic, performant Vue.js/Nuxt frontends that communicate seamlessly with backend APIs.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to turn complex workflows into smooth user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security — especially around healthcare data.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD setup, and deployment automation.
• Contribute ideas for architectural improvements and technical strategy as we scale.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong proficiency in Laravel, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js (SSR and SPA modes).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and state management (Vuex or Pinia).
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, and basic DevOps workflows (Docker, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, TailwindCSS).
• Understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
• Bonus: experience integrating analytics or AI-based modules into web applications.
