    Software Engineer

    Want to help developers feel empowered, motivated, and inspired to build within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem? Want to collaborate closely with product teams across Microsoft to produce documentation for API capabilities in Microsoft Graph? Do you love building Product Platforms for developers, builders, and creators?     The Microsoft Graph Developer Experience Team is global team that enables developers around the world to use the powerful and insightful Microsoft Graph to build experiences for their customers.  We build SDKs across a broad spectrum of languages to utilize the Graph API, along with tooling that helps developers maximize their time and focus on what matters.   

    We are looking for a strong, passionate software engineer to help us deliver for our developers.  If working with the developer community and getting to work with different languages on different types of projects appeals to you then this may be a great opportunity for you. 

    Responsibilities

    As a senior software engineer on our team your responsibilities will include:

    1. Build intuitive and responsive developer experiences
    2. Participate in the technical design, implementation, and assure quality for feature work.
    3. Collaborate with teams across Microsoft
    4. Evangelize best practices across the team
    5. Actively participate with our developer community
    6. Participate in API design reviews

    Qualifications

    1. BS/MS in Computer Science or related field 
    2. 5+ years software development experience 
    3. Strong .NET skills 
    4. Skilled in other languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby 
    5. Prior experience developing SDKs and other developer experiences 
    6. Strong Customer Focus
