    Solar Inverter/ Battery Sales and Installation Specialist, Technical Sales Representatives

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop new clients
    • Generate leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media
    • Conduct client visits
    • Perform on-site surveys for solar systems
    • Design system capacity
    • Prepare quotations
    • Develop technical solutions
    • Conduct product demonstrations
    • Coordinate installations
    • Provide post-sales technical support
    • Gather market intelligence
    • Follow up on orders and payments
    • This is a sales position that includes technical responsibilities; it is not a purely installation-focused role.
    • Sales Skills = Core Competencies
    • Installation Skills = Bonus
    • Therefore, what we need most in the early stages are people who can proactively seek out customers, aren’t afraid to speak up, know how to negotiate with customers, and can successfully close deals. Installation skills can be taught later.
