Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Developer to join our DevOps team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools such as Grafana. This role involves ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our services, as well as automating processes to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of our services.
• Monitor and analyze system performance using Grafana and other monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and improve system performance.
• Automate infrastructure and application deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain configuration management solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production systems.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the integrity and availability of our systems.
• Continuously improve our monitoring and alerting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role in a DevOps environment.
• Proficiency with monitoring and visualization tools, especially Grafana.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Knowledge of database management and optimization.
• Experience with incident management and post-mortem processes.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
