Store Operations Specialist at Mi Smart Homes

Responsibilities

• Product Listing: Manage and update product listings with accurate details, pricing, and visuals to boost visibility and sales.
• Store Decorations: Implement banners, themes, and seasonal visuals to align with promotions and enhance the store's appeal.
• Aftersales Support: Handle returns, refunds, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries across channels, providing timely and helpful support.
• Store Performance: Monitor sales, traffic, and customer feedback to identify and act on improvement areas.
• Brand Negotiation: Liaise with brands to secure better pricing and deals that enhance profitability.
• Order Fulfillment: Oversee order processing and delivery coordination to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months - 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or digital store management.
• Proven experience with platforms such as Shopify, or other marketplace/storefront tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools
• Knowledge of product listing, order management systems, and inventory control.
• Experience in customer service and handling aftersales support.
• Graphic design or basic photo editing skills
