    Supervisor,System Review

    Department/Division:

    I&SO/Ethics, Policy & Prevention

    Station/Location:

    KRA Headquarters /Times Tower

    Position Type:

    Permanent & Pensionable

    Job Purpose

    To oversee and promote work on Ethics Policy Analysis and System Reviews

    Principal Duties

    • Carry out system reviews on policies, procedures and practices in the Authority
    • Generate reports on the system reviews undertaken
    • Follow up on the implementation of the recommendations from system review
    • Monitoring and evaluation of the systems review operations
    • Benchmarking on systems review practices
    • Any other duty assigned by the supervisor

    Skills and Competencies

    Skills required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy/Tax Policy/ Economics/ Law/ any other related degree from a recognized university
    • Trained as Integrity Assurance Officer
    • Knowledgeable of Ethics and Integrity matters
    • Be conversant with the current tax and anti-corruption practices/policies
    • Must have served at least two (2) years

    • Excellent decision-making capabilities
    • Excellent planning & organizational skills
    • Resilient, focused and results oriented
    • Excellent oral and written communication,
    • Public speaking and presentation skills
    • Motivated, dynamic & dedicated team player
