    Sustainability & Community Liaison Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the implementation of comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with the organizational values and objectives.
    • Serve as a bridge between the company and the community, fostering positive relationships and collaboration with residents, organizations, and government entities.
    • Actively seek out opportunities for community involvement and partnership to support shared sustainability goals.
    • Effectively communicate the sustainability efforts and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and the broader community.
    • Utilize various communication channels to raise awareness, promote engagement, and highlight the progress towards sustainability targets.
    • Oversee the execution of sustainability projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with relevant regulations and best practices.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and monitor project performance to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability data to track performance across the organization, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of the initiatives.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to demonstrate progress and transparency.

    Qualifications/skills:

    • Environmental Science, Sustainability or related field. Master’s degree in similar field is ideal.
    • 10+ years of evaluating, monitoring and enforcing international ESG standards in multiple sectors in different regions.
    • Proven experience in sustainability management, community engagement, or related roles.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Passion for sustainability, social responsibility, and making a positive impact.
    • Relevant national or international ESG certifications or coursework.
