System Analyst - Faulu MFB at Old Mutual Kenya

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent IT related training with at least 4 years’ working experience in a busy financial institution
• ITIL Service Delivery Certification.

Skills and Experience

• 2 years’ experience in T24 Close of Business process.
• Certification in Oracle, Mssql database and UNIX operating system is required.
• Knowledge of T24 and other leading Banking Software close of business processes.
• Proven knowledge and use of leading database systems e.g. Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL and jbase
• Proven knowledge and administration of windows and UNIX platforms
• Knowledge of other core banking software e.g. Finacle, BR.Net etc.

• Execution of Close of business as per SLA.
• Achieve 100% COB completion rate of all Core Banking systems
• Developing strong relationships and teams: (KPI: Strong network in place & people development is evident)
• Timely and accurate daily Close business reports.
• Timely and accurate consolidated management reports on their areas of responsibility.
• Daily Close of business reports generated and shared with immediate supervisor.
• 100% capture and documentation of all issues raised during Close of Business.
• 100% execution of Backup processes
