Team Leader - Kawangware
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 4 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers
- Ensures a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
- Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
- Ensures zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information.
- Good Service Delivery on customer service Relationships.
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or any Business- related course
- A practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Team leader /Branch Manager
