Technical Manager at Alternate Doors

We’re looking for someone who can run technical operations end-to-end — from installations to maintenance to team performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Overseeing installations, maintenance, and servicing of equipment
• Managing technical teams and driving accountability
• Planning and executing projects (timelines, budgets, resources)
• Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety standards
• Handling escalations and complex technical issues
• Driving customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Managing field operations, tools, and spare parts
• Tracking performance, reporting, and improving systems

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering
• 5–7 years’ experience in technical operations
• 2–3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in commercial kitchen, laundry, or refrigeration systems
• Strong project management and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
