Responsibilities:

• Gather data and insights about a particular client or industry situation
• Critically analyze a client’s business problem
• Propose and develop unique technological and innovative solutions that align with the client’s business
• Collaborate with colleagues on creative problem solving
• Articulate own perspectives to team discussions
• Write proposals, reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Pitch solutions to the teams and clients
• Contribute to team spirit through team integration activities
• Perform administrative work including updating tools and internal knowledge bases
• Attend events for networking and connecting with others

Qualifications:

• University degree in IT or related field or a business field (with technology option)
• Tech-savvy and innovative
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Possess an excellent work ethic; self-driven and proactive
• Possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) and people skills
• Fluent in English and Swahili (spoken and written) language
• Able to work with minimal supervision, both remotely and on-site
• Highly organized and flexible
• Eagerness to contribute in a dynamic and collaborative environment
