Executive Chef at Temple Point Resort

About the job

• 10 years experience managing multiple Kitchen and F&B outlets
• 5 years as Executive Chef level at 4 or 5 star level only
• Must have worked at branded recognized Hotel groups
• Seeking someone VERY creative and someone who is great at training, setting procedures, brand standards and mentorship
• Experience in menu engineering
• Written references are a pre requisite
• Should be able to attend a 2 day practical interview
• Should have a food portfolio
• Great at managing food costs and good understanding of F&B costs
