    Terms Of Reference for Voice Over Artist Production of a 30 Minute Video Narration for a Documentary

    Deliverable

    At the end of the project, the voice over artist will be required to provide:

    • Two fully produced voice over audio as per the provided script in both Mp3 and WAV formats i.e working draft and the final clean VO.

    Qualifications: 

    • Perfect diction.
    • Outstanding tone modulation and voice intensity.
    • Experience in adaptation of the rhythm of speech.
    • Minimum three years’ experience carrying out similar projects with NGOs and especially agriculture NGOs.
    • Professional work ethic, integrity, and initiative.
