    Tour Consultant

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
    • Design and present personalized travel itineraries
    • Provide expert advice on destinations accommodation and activities
    • Coordinate bookings and reservations
    • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of proven experience as a tour consultant
    • Prior experience working in a safari company is essential
    • Knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to create and customize travel itineraries
    • Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
