Role Overview

• Our Client Is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tours Agent Intern to join their team. The intern will support the tours department in planning, coordinating, and promoting safari packages and travel services. This role provides hands-on experience in the tourism industry, client relations, and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and customizing safari itineraries for clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Support in making bookings for hotels, transport, park entries, and other services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safari destinations, attractions, and travel regulations.
• Help prepare travel documents such as invoices, vouchers, and confirmations.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional activities (online campaigns, content updates, etc.).
• Accompany senior tour consultants on field visits, familiarization trips, or client meet-ups.
• Maintain accurate client and booking records in company systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with reservation systems is an added advantage.
• Passionate about wildlife and customer service.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
