    Unit Trust Administrator - 2 Posts

    Vacancy Ref. No. CPF/AM/02/01/24
    Job Grade 8

    Duty Station: CPF Headquarters

    Terms of engagement: 6 years’ contract

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Posting all transactions
    • Reconciliation
    • Risk and Compliance
    • Reporting
    • Client relationship management
    • Units’ allocation and unit holders administration
    • Income accumulation, allocation and distribution
    • Daily Net Asset Value determination
    • Unit trust accounts preparation
    • Unit prices and yields publication
    • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

    Requirements for appointment:

    • A bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Economics or any other finance related degree from a recognized institution.
    • At least CIFA level 4
    • CFA and CISI candidate will be an added advantage.
    • At least 3 years specific experience in unit trust administration/operations.
    • Compliance with Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010
